Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • You received an incomplete order

We do not accept returns for reasons like:

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of product after use

  • Minor differences in color or appearance due to screen settings


2. Return Window

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • After 48 hours, your product will not be eligible for return or replacement.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at support@pawkie.in with your Order ID and reason for return.

  • Attach images or videos showing the issue (compulsory for damaged/defective items).

  • Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.


4. Return Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI/bank transfer after confirmation.


6. Replacements

  • If your replacement is approved for a damaged or wrong item:

    • A new item will be shipped after we receive and verify the returned product.

    • In some cases, we may ship the replacement immediately after validating your issue via photos/videos.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Opened personal care items

  • Custom-made or personalized products


8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
