1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 4–8 business days (depending on your location).

  • We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.

  • Delivery timelines may vary during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, strikes, local disruptions).


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small COD fee may apply, clearly shown at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order using the link provided in the message.


5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure you provide accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • In case of incorrect/incomplete address, delivery failure, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping may require additional delivery charges.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@pawkie.in.

  • We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
